You can choose from shrimp, pork, beef, even salmon. It's best eaten hot and poured over rice. Personally, I enjoy it sourer than usual. The slurp is so satisfying when it's hot and sour. Sisig bangus is of fish and the sour taste is because of some lime juice. It goes well with the garlic rice. As for the noodles, Pancit Palabok it tastes like shrimp because the sauce is of boiled shrimp shells and makes into a sauce with crunchy pork skin ( chucharon) .

Ohh! The one meal you've tried but didn't like is Kansi. It is a local food in Iloilo and parts of Visayas region and considered as their version of bulalo, and it's main ingredient is called batwan which is the sour ingredient. I know that some koreans are not yet used to the sinigang so Kansi is really for those who love savory and sour Filipino dishes. But still, thank you for trying it!
