I’ve been watching many Sri Lanka video serieses posted by travel vloggers and this is by far the BEST Sri Lankan Adventure video I’ve seen. I’m from Sri Lanka, now living in the West and was so jealous you got to do all these hikes during your trip to SL. Your video series is very informative, captures the unseen beauty of SL and historic importance of the sites you visit that I don’t find in other travel vlogs. Thank you so much for doing your research and putting out valuable content for the rest of the world to see. You took me back to SL in this series and thank you so much for that! I am a Sri Lankan and a professional too. Living in this country over a four decades I have not been able to visit these places. I see tourists's videos (vlogs) about these places. We, as sri lankans, are so unfortunate that we can experience our nature as most of the foreigners do. If you closely notice there are not much of locals going to these places too. That is because of the economic issues that we all are facing. Forget about going offshore to travel - only few Sri Lankans have that luck. I am sad.
If you only visit the popular tourist spots in Sri Lanka, you won't experience its true beauty. However, there are many lesser-known places in Sri Lanka that are incredibly beautiful, just like the location shown in this video. Before you plan your visit, I recommend doing some research to discover these hidden gems. You can find plenty of travel vlogs on UA-cam that provide insights and ideas about these places. I want to express my gratitude to both of you for creating this video. I believe this is the first foreign UA-cam video I've seen that showcases a visit to the Knuckles Mountain Range.
