Were it not for God's infinite enormous love,
we would not know our need for repentance,
or the obvious one many forget - fear, reverence, respect for how Big He is.
When we come face to face w the living God and see ourselves
it is amazing we don't run away and hide like Adam,
miraculously in faaith we turn to a forgiving loving God who forgives and cleanses us.

If we don't become contrite,
we becme hardened,
and God - let's us go, gives us up
to our self centered desires.
He says, fine, you don't want what is good,
you don't want me, carry on wayward son
as you wish
a life without God is a dark one.
He contends but there is a point of no return.
All the more important to - repent today.
