Dang I can't believe I bought a 2700sf house on 1/3 acre in a great neighborhood in McKinney for $175K back in 2008 and this is what $280K gets you now.
The only thing that I am not a fan of is that the only bathroom on the main floor is in the bedroom. That walk-in closet would be great if it was converted into a bathroom.

I hate it there because it’s in the back of the complex. I know where this is off Belair Flats. You gotta go thru a tight neighborhood to get in. Way too tight of an area plus the crime rate has gone up too.

The problem with houses built that close is potential fire hazard. One catches fire the rest will go up in flames quick. Not sure why city codes would allow this. More property taxes I believe.
Brand new home, great price, all yours instead of renting! With an apartment- you share a whole building and only the unit is yours to lease, while here it’s all yours to own!! So much to be grateful for! What else is on your check list?

It’s actually fairly priced right! We ran comps and everything before putting on the market! But no worries, there are tons of homes in your specific price range, what is your max $$?
@@leah.the.realtor not really San Antonio has a huge surplus of homes. The San Antonio and Austin average salary is very low as well. For the ammount of inventory you have in San Antonio the housing is overpriced.
@@MarioLuigi-vb3rp so actually inventory is alot lower compared to the last 2 yrs, (we are 40% lower) and our avg price is 375. I dont cover austin- but i can get an agent to help you if needed :) are you in real estate? cause inventory is not what you think it is. i do this full time and its my career- so anything consumers read and choose to believe can be misleading if not properly researched or assisted by an agent. I would love to keep you updated if you need correct information to stay up to date on the real estate in bexar county

Not really for a family but this would be good for a student ... no yard maintenance!

There is no curb appeal whatsoever. The road is right out the front door. This would be a good rental property but I would not want to buy it.
With no Lakeview, no ocean view.No park view no nothing view and they want that much money No swimming pool.
