If you have never done LE SSERAFIM workout, I recommend doing Hinafit’s 4 minute version. It has 50 jumping jacks, 20 plank twists, 20 plank up and downs, 20 burpees, 10 ear jumps. It’s easier to do 2x a day as a warmup than starting with the actual workout!
