15:48 Indonesia is Not secular country it's based on God believe written on our Amandement but the law itself not based on any religious theocracy basically if you are born in Indonesia you should pick a believe to God and register it to the state because you will learn religion in school it was mandatory. But in real everyday life you can be belive anything or even atheist but still it's mandatory to register and pick the official religion.
