I used to read tech books like fiction books: start on first page and end on last page. Now I grok the index and headers first and then reading linear helps in hooking details on to my understanding of the structural org of the book. Thanks Kathleen for sharing this video. Very useful

I used the sticky notes because I wanted to be able to show you certain pages that caught my interest when I was pre-reading. After recording my podcast I took them all out. I should have mentioned that. Thank you for pointing that out.
