You were close on your analysis. The only miss I saw was the safeties. Andre Cisco and Antonio Johnson are the 2 starting safeties since training camp, Darnell Savage will start in the nickel (for now), Daniel Thomas is a special teams ace more than a safety, and Tashaun Gipson is an emergency in case there are more injuries in the secondary
The condition of our O-lineman should be worrying, especially our Interior. I don't care if Grier is worried or not but it would be shame if all the goodwill that McD built is wasted. Going to the SB or winning a playoff game shouldn't all be on McD but I am glad that most of our draft picks were hits and are still on the roster if not on PS. If everything is collaborative like McD says we really should get younger on the OL if not from a cap space pov then from an injury pov.
He had a setback last month. McDaniel said he was experiencing "compounding issues" with his leg injury - which is pretty grim news. Personally, I wouldn't be shocked if he's out for the year.
@@ecotton600 yeah that checks out bc I don’t think anyone has reported even seeing him other than McDaniel. Did he tear his quad or something? It must’ve been real bad
@@walidhannaoui1802 It was a quad tear. Omar Kelly said he saw Wynn yesterday and he looks fit - but that doesn't mean too much if he had a recovery setback.
I hope he gets some contact because when the Bills come to town, Ed Oliver and company are not fooling. Miami fan here, I never want to see what I saw last year in the first Buffalo game with regard to offensive line.
Chubb was always injured in Denver which is why they parted with him...and now here he is in Miami and he can't stay on the field here either...As the Big Tuna said, Availability is a Skill. It seems we have a team where most of our A players are injury prone. I have my fingers crossed that changes, but math rarely lies. i expect more of the same going forward.
Yeah, that is why we needed to refresh our roster and get younger. Not only from a cap space perspective but also from an injury perspective. I am glad our draft picks this year mostly hit and are on the roster if not on PS. That is how we build a dynasty that continues to win. This is the blueprint that Chiefs and GB (in the past did but fallen off when AR was there). Winning a SB isn't all on McD but also on the roster that is assembled. The injuries to all three of our Interior line should be a warning sign. I don't know we couldn't get any from UDFA and retained them such as Matthew Jones, etc.
The fact you have the jags holding Miami to 17 is insane the jags defense couldn’t hold the Titans to under 20 and you expect to hold the dolphins to under 20. I could totally see the jags winning but I think It would much more realistic to say maybe 27-31 or something along those lines
Why is that the problem because our defense fell apart with a different defensive coordinator and half a different defensive roster from last year I mean we smoked them until the last last five minutes so that makes no sense

I'm glad Miami has to face a serious defensive line first time out, because the truth will be told and this OL will have to have to evolve.

Both defences have holes. I'm picking Dolphins 55 to 47

Something is weird to me about the Isiah Wynn injury. Has anyone even seen him?

Hope McDaniels watches the Farve documentary on cte after he threw Tua out there like a piece of meat to win a game. Bills fan
I don’t think Brewer will play since we have a short week before Bills.

If Arik Armstead plays and is 85% or better we win
2 games in 5 days
