I work at a convenient store & can definitely tell you there's not much restocking the cooler in their shelves!! The vendors was telling us also just how widespread people's opinions!! There is no other dysphoria that is CELEBRATED rather than treated. Men or women with anorexia are NOT encouraged to get lap band surgery, lipo, etc. to help them reach their goal! It's the exact opposite - they are taken to counseling to help them resolve the gap between what their MIND is telling them vs. what is physically true - and help them learn to appreciate their body, respect their body, and ultimately to love their body the way it is.
