I love tati, but you all should check out @thataylaa on youtube! She tests makeup just like tati. She is awesome, works really hard, and raises money to give a huge donation to 'Project Beauty Share' every year! She has a series where she tests out foundations, its called '15 days of foundation'. She also does 'Foundation Fridays'. And also just did a video about concealers. Check out @allieglines too!

Can you please review The Ordinary Skincare? It's one of the first budget friendly skincare companies I've seen on Sephora's website.
you're essentially building your own skincare with The Ordinary. The most skincare items have more than one active ingredient / do multiple things at the same time, which The Ordinary products do not do. if you know a lot about skincare, what each thing does and what your skin essentially needs, sure, go ahead, but if you need to build your skincare first and dont know much about skincare, i would avoid it at first. also i would check out @ LaBeautyologist is a great great esthetician and i only trust her with my skin concerns, she def has some great tips for you!

There are tons and tons of reviews & recommendations on the ordinary on other channels & also articles written from bloggers online. If you use any chemical peels, DONT FORGET SPF! One of the most important things I try to mention when people start using the ordinary products because a lot dive right into those peels.

😩 Finally someone agrees that NARS concealer is not working for them, it looks horrible on me.
same .... I could not get that to work and i feel like I am the only one. It creased so fast and my under eyes are not bad.
ugh, I wear the radiant foundation and I was gonna get the concealer thinking it would be as awesome as the foundation formula. Now i have lost excitement lol
sameeee i feel its so cakey on me 😕 i actually prefer the maybelline age rewind over the nars
On me, i don’t know why it sets very very quickly on my creases even though they are very fine but some how this concealer manages to emphasize them a little bit more ( for 30$ i want my under eyes to look like polished marble ) 😂, and i have a little darkness that is usually easily hidden by concealers, but with this one i still can see them.
The sheer glow foundation is my favourite foundation but I hated the concealer. It creases really badly!
Please do this for every category of makeup... these videos are so informative and I keep going back to them for reference.

This was so so informative!! I hate going into Ulta or Sephora and they try to push me towards the priciest product. I’ve never even been asked what kind of finish or consistency I was looking for. I was literally told that the age rewind was trash and to get the creamy nars.. Bless you Tati ❤️❤️

AAGHHH! i agree with you about the Nars Radiant, everybody rants and raves about it but when i tried it. CREASE GALORE! Should have never strayed away from the shape tape!

Kathryn Flaherty i mean almost all of these concealers in this video have been out for a very long time and she’s had a very long time to vet others out so it’s likely that she just didn’t want to rant and rave about a brand new concealer

is it just me, but tarte shape tape looks AWFUL under my eyes. it looks creasy and cakey and powdery. i love it on the face but hate it under my eyes.
I am the SAME way. Everyone freaked out about it so finally, 2 years ago, I bought it. It is so dry and so hard to blend out. I just don't think it's worth the money. Plus, I have no desire to have a scented one. So now I'm just trying to find the best drugstore product because I just don't want to spend insane money.
I have to bake the crap out of it to make it look good. Its a dream for spot concealing though blends out in like .3 seconds and looks like skin
Natalie Manis when ever i bake , it makes it look even more cakey. even with setting spray ! but i agree it’s amazing for spot concealing
It's completely not just you. If I use myself, I don't get the obsession AT ALL. It stays on top of my 2 fine wrinkles under my eyes but then those 2 fine lines have NO CONCEALER IN THEM and they look pink so they stand out more. A thinner concealer just works better for me
Jenn Teal yes it makes my under eye creases look even worse. and i agree i like a more thinner formula, it just blends and sits so much better.

I love that Smashbox Studio Flawless concealer, the applicator is so good and it looks smooth all day. Also love the original Smashbox Studio concealer and foundation.

Manny Mua did a review and the consensus was that the quality was there but definitely could have been better for the price tag that it had. It seems like more a hype product then one to use every day

The elf concealer is good i guess but it dries really fast and it makes my eyes look dry and flaky under my eyes
kenzie D maybe using some good eye cream underneath when you’re prepping your face before makeup can help with that. Might as well give it a try since you already bought the elf

I do have to say that the BareMinerals Pro concealer is great for covering blemishes. When I’m trying to dry out a bump, this is great for concealing it during that process because it is so creamy and really high coverage.

I feel like I'm the only person in the world that doesn't like Tarte Shape Tape. Even if I use the TINIEST bit, it's so thick and cakey under my eyes, and it creases so bad on me. I should try the Smashbox one since it seems to be not as thick and a little more natural looking!

Michelle McCann the smashbox one is beautiful and so natural looking!! I also highly recommend the og nars one. I know Tati doesn’t like it, but most people do so i think it’s worth a shot if you haven’t tried it before!
Tara Greene I do like the Nars one! It was the first high end concealer I bought a couple years ago, and I still love it! I was surprised that Tati said she didn’t like it because I use and like similar products that she likes. I will give the Smashbox one a try!
My favorite lately has been the NYX Can't Stop Won't Stop concealer. It works SO well on me!
Makeup is such a personal preference for your own skin type and color. You really need to try and test a lot in order to find the one! Tati doesn't like NARS but I love it! it works for my skin and the color Ginger is perfection for me!

I gotta be honest... I have never been obsessed with makeup. I always thought like who has time to do this every day?? Likewise, I was more than content spending all my money on books rather than makeup. With that being said, before this video, I never cared to match any of my makeup products to myself and my skin. It was too time-consuming and you have to test them on yourself to make sure you're buying the correct one (I normally guessed which probably didn't help either) and it's just a mess to me, tbh. But after watching this video and with as much as I watch a few beauty gurus here on YT, I've kinda been getting into the idea of makeup because it's insane and gorgeous what you can create and I love it. This really helped in my search for a more serious side of makeup for me...instead of just guessing everything I buy and not even researching half of what I put in my cart when it comes to makeup. Watching this....Is love a video on showing how you check out concealer in the store (showing how you test it out on the back of your hand and what exactly you are looking for it to do/not do. Also a tutorial on how to apply and get the best concealer setting results.

My favorite low maintenance under eye concealer is the Joah Truly Yours one from CVS. It's super cheap, can be built up for more coverage, or just tapped in with your finger on quick, chill makeup days. It looks super natural and barely creases. Love it
We need a tati makeup search website on which you can type in a product and it will list a short Tati-review so we don't waste our 💶💵. Wouldn't that be amazing????
At the moment I get in bed every night and feel like I have a full on head cold , rubbish night sleep the it's gone in the morning, left feeling tired. In the Uk it's not even warm or sunny. But seeing your notifications makes everything better, the age rewind concealer works for me , but for some reason I'm still hunting just in case I'm missing out lol. Take care everyone 😉
I live in the Kent countryside not far from a village called Yalding which is the lowest point in Kent, so put those 2 together and I live in the worst part of the country for allergies! Last year was horrendous, I'd be out driving and suddenly I couldn't see my eyes were watering so much. Mine haven't started yet but I’m stocked up and ready. Last year I found my normal hayfever medicine in Poundstretcher for less than a pound a packet just as the generic name so worth going in there! Boots charge way too much. Although it got so bad I had to go to the heavy duty hayfever meds eventually. Fingers crossed you get some sleep and your head clears. We have been having sunshine so the temp of a night has been too low for pollen release but Thursday we start to warm up down here.

I just want to say thank you to Tati, I feel like she's the only beauty UA-camr who actively tries to stay budget friendly. It really made me feel good to hear her say that at one point in her life 24$ was a lot. No shade to anyone but I feel like people in the beauty community act like that's spare change. Sigh. I just love Tati's eye shadow. Every video it's great, but when it's a little more subtle and natural, it just floors me. I want my eyes to look like that!
I tried out the Revolution concealer, and I’ve only ever used Tarte. I’d say it was really good, I went to the beach, it held up through:
Beach weather
Throwing up. (Car sickness)
Laughing
Little rain
And it wore all day didn’t have to touch up.
I just got the revolution concealer last week and its been good for me so far too

Could you please do a “how I shop for new makeup/what I look for when I’m swatching new products [before I buy]” video? When you started talking about how to swatch concealers/what to look for, I realized that I may have been browsing the stores all wrong this whole time! Good news, you are not alone! I have never suffered as much as I have this year! Rain and then allergies??? No fair!
I've always had terrible allergies, but the rain really has them out of control this year. I know people who never had allergies before and are still affected. I'm in the So Cal high desert and it's so bad. Our yard looks like a short jungle and we're trying to figure out how to deal with it without going broke. Some guy quoted my husband $700 this weekend.
I love when you do comparison reviews both high end and drug store. I hate wasting my money on products that don't work. I can get overwhelmed with all the products and do rely on utubers honest opionion to help me narrow down my search. Thanks xoxox

I convinced myself that shape tape was amazing and I needed to keep buying it but at the end of the day it was so drying and made my under eyes look awful
Loved this. I love when influencers aren’t afraid to talk smack about products. I find it so helpful when people tell me what they find bad about a beauty product. Although, I do not get the deal with Tarte Shape Tape. I coveted it for so long (it’s not easy to get here in the UK), and I ended up absolutely hating it. It’s heavy and dry and wears off my face in a weird way, compared to my foundation. I want to love it sooooo much, and I am sad that I don’t. I felt the same about the Nars Creamy Concealer.

I love the NARS Radiant Creamy concealer and do not like Tarte Shape Tape, but I have dry skin and do not like full coverage.
Yeah I don't know how she can say shape tape doesn't crease it creased horribly on me but I have dry skin.

I just bought the jouer high coverage concealer and I think im going to LOVE it.
Essence has the same applicator as the smash box one you love and it is full coverage ! Also it is 24 hr!!!❤️
i reeeeeeally love the nyx cant stop wont stop concealer. its just so creamy and it sits nicely on my skin
There are some great affordable k-beauty concealers. The Apieu Moist Creamy is one of my faves. They also tend to run a lot paler than many North American ones.
The saem tip concealer, and the saem liquid concealer, for dry skin is perfect! The finish is very natural.

YESSS finally a beauty guru who says YSL is legit nothing in a stick- unless you have perfect skin and no dark circles
WE SHOULD NOT BE PRAISING COMPANIES FOR MAKING 30+ SHADES FOR CONCEALERS AND FOUNDATION. Having a good range of shades from the palest pale to the darkest dark SHOULD BE THE STANDARD. It bothers me that people still use shape tape because it makes me feel like its okay that they didnt cater to everyone because hey, we’re making sales!
I totally agree, sometimes Tati doesnt always state that foundations dont have a good shade range and i'll click to buy it and I'll see 10 shades of beige and 1 "deep". So i think it is important to praise shade ranges so that companies dont forget the importance of diversity and inclusivity. There are loads of problems with it being deemed as trendy but hopefully it will become what is expected and normal over time.

One of my new favorite drugstore concealer is Maybelline dream lumi touch highlighting concealer in fair. It's so good. Back in January my target was redesigning their makeup section and had a ton of makeup on clearance and these were one of them. So I figured for $3 id try it. I fell in love with it and used it up so quickly. Just bought another. I really want to buy Jeffree's concealer but it's sold out and the price point is high for me.
I was literally thinking that I was the only person that didn't really like the Nars concealer...it really doesn't work for me either and I REALLY wanted it to so badly because everyone raves about that concealer but it does not look cute on me. I LOVE Shape Tape though it's my holy grail. Thank you Tati for another great video!!

It’s so true about shade ranges I always bought nars concealer because at one time it was the only brand who catered light enough to my fair skin tone.
I tried maybelline for 6 months and it dried my skin like CRAZY. I never had that happen to me. I have used Touché Eclat for 10 years. Back in the day it was actually meant to be a highlighter/ brightener on top of their cream stick concealer not just by itself. Something you could reapply throughout the day after long hours. This is literally the OG of highlighters before it became a thing years later.
