I did this on my 1500 extended cab a few months ago...what did you end up doing for that gap between the console and dash? You said something about fabbing up something for that area, wondering which route I'm going to go.
Don’t make a difference if it’s a 1500, 2500, 3500, Yukon, Tahoe, etc. They’re all the same interior when it comes to the seats, & console. Not retrofit needed bolt right in
I did not fasten it to the dash yet, I’m planing on building a custom CB radio housing and fasten it then. As of right now it’s just held in by the 4 bolts under the seats.
It doesn’t rattle but it does move if you push on it but other wise no. If you’re thinking about it be carful on which one you get because some have the LTZ/Denali ac controls, which will not work in an LT truck, it doesn’t have the correct wiring. But all and all it was a very good investment and addition for the truck. Very happy with it!
Believe he was asking if he could buy your original console you had in the truck that you were taking out and possibly not needing lol? Obviously you can buy either but I feel like you knew he was asking to buy yours and you still chose to say that 😂
People should stop making “how to videos” if they literally skip over the part on how to actually remove/install stuff
Damn blue interior leds, i remember highschool.
To everyone in here you need LT2 center console. Not any other console. It’s made to go under the dash
Was it a direct bolt on?? Or did you have to had screw holes?
Dude, great job!
The truck clean from the inside 😇😂
Where did you buy the center console
Is it more comfortable than the jump seat as an arm rest for the steering wheel?
Thanks man 👍

I put a CB radio in it
Dude just get the correct lt2 center console
Did you have to trim any of the new console to get it to fit?
I have a manual transfer case on the floor so I can’t do much with that
How many clips to remove wiring harness for each seat? Where is it?
A handful, can’t remember exactly
@@conanlambdin7704 Do you know how to uncip them? I'm worried I'm going to break them
What model did the new console come out of im looking to do mine
07-13 should work mine came out of a Denali
Did you ever go back to get the wiring working for the 12V plugs working?
Bert Feltner no I didn’t its a different contention under the console don’t really need it
I dont get why u have a gap where the console meets that dash. Isn't it suppose to be flush?
It’s for the LTZ dash and mines an LT. Ended up putting CB in hole. Honestly forgot I posted this video 😂 seems to be doing well
Will it fit in a single cab?
Yes
Does Tahoe 2007 center consola fit on a Silverado 2008 ?
Is this the 07-13 2500 center console?

Can a full center console fit right beside the manual 4x4 stick
You can not guys trim the center console it’s self or cut the stick and move it over two inches
Wonder if theres a way to swap part of the dash to match console where radio comes down further
Maybe
i’ve seen they make a plastic for it

Did you fasten the front of the counsel to the dash somehow? If so how or does it just sit on the carpet and the 4 rear bolts hold it down? Thanks

Does it rattle or wobble at all? Thinking of doing this on my 2011 Silverado with a counsel from a 2012.

the reason there is a gap is because the ltz/slt dashes are also different. the radio and hvac controls come down farther in the middle.
I see u did this a year ago man, how has the paint held up?
Can I take out the center console and add a bench to make my truck a 6 seater?
That is what I want to do but issue is if you have LTZ style dash there is almost zero leg room when you remove the console and put in seat.
It happened to me too I bought one and now it has that open spot I don’t know what to do with it
CB
Wow not a good video for a damn thing. How does the center console mount?????
You ever think about updating the door panels to LTZ as well?
No
This console fit in 2013 Silverado extended cabin ?
Yes
How much for your bucket seat?
My bucket seat? The front two seat aren’t for sale.
@@conanlambdin7704 , no the center bucket seat, the one you removed for the center console.
I actually don’t have it anymore and the leather was all messed up other wise I would.
@@conanlambdin7704 ,dang it that wouldn't have mattered.
Ya sorry
How did you paint it?
Just used black stain paint
@@conanlambdin7704 what kinda paint exactly
Don't move the camera so fast when you're showing different parts... moving from part to part kind of blurs
You didnt even show the removal of the center seat. Fighting with a bolt to a painted console on the floor.
Waste of my fuckin time !
Can I buy the console
You originally had?
Matthew Colon yes you can you’ll just have to find one.
