- This effortless guided yoga nidra practice is for finding peace and tranquility within the mind and body.
After practicing this 20-minute yoga nidra practice with stream and nature sounds you can expect to feel refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated.
Also known as yogic sleep, or NSDR, yoga nidra induces complete relaxation on all levels.

I do look for inspiration everywhere with words that resonate with me...it could be a fictional book, a podcast, a lecture, anything. I keep a list in my phone and then pull from there to help me :)

That was really nice. I waited a bit long as I had a few things going on as I get ready for another move, but I am glad that this yoga nidra was there ready for me. The audio was cutting out at the end around the Sankalpa, but I feel a bit more calm now. The dis-identification prompts were helpful to lower my stress.

I would like to develop my 3rd eye center somehow. Are there any methods to work on this for my benefit?
Hi! Yes there are a lot of methods to work for this and probably also depends on what you are trying to gain from strengthening this center (ie: are you wanting greater intuition?)
This week's yoga nidra has a focus on the third eye so that will definitely be beneficial in sending prana to the area and helping you rebalance. It will be released Sunday 12 pm EST.

- Using crystals to support the chakra. Here is a podcast episode I have with a crystal expert and she talks about the best crystals for each chakra

And then another thing to keep in mind, often times when you feel a certain chakra needs strengthening it is important to focus on the chakras below it. So working on your throat and heart chakra may improve the prana to the third eye chakra.
Affirmations can also help balance and strengthen chakras here is a resource for affirmations for your heart chakra, I am currently working on one for the throat and third eye:

These are just a few things to try, there are many others like essential oils, yoga asana poses, reiki
