I have searched the whole world wide web to figure out what Lightroom Web is about and how to use it, but there is absolutely no mention of it. EVERYONE knows how to do the layout that is described in these videos. The big question is. What the HELL to do after that? The name, 'Web' is very misleading, because to me its about directly. uploading images to a gallery on my website (e.g. a Wordpress website), but this is not explained anywhere at all. If it is just about creating pretty layouts to keep in LR and view it own your own whenever you are doing nothing, then its absolutely worthless. Can someone please create a very clear and detailed video on How to upload these galleries onto a website so as to put them to any. meaningful usage?
Wonderful, thanks! I was beginning to fiddle around with web editors to build from scratch. But Lightroom presents ready made options that most likely are far better than anything an amateur like me could come up with in a realistic time frame. This is clearly the way to go!
Is it possible to somehow merge the Lightroom gallery into an Adobe Muse website (I know I can always link to the generated file, but I would obviously lose my navigation within Muse)? It's cool if I have to do a bit of modification to the code, but I'd REALLY love to know because these galleries are just so much better than Adobe Muse ones! Thanks!
PIXELFLUX It is possible, you make an empty page in your Muse navigation, not exported, and "in the menus with no hyperlinks", then this menu item can hold the link to your LR gallery. That implies your readers to use the back button, or you open it in a new window/tab…
