Going at work on my adorable new scooter, and almost having an accident due to not feeling very well in this morning, and also intimidated by drivers that are keep trying to overtake me constantly, harassing ''my tail'' but well, I made it without any unfortunate incidents. This scooter is absolutely fantastic, especially for beginners.
All you need is to ignore the car drivers that have no patience whatsoever on the road, with the learners. So, ignore them and let them risk their pockets or even life if they wish.
The road I am ''riding it'' almost daily, is have the maxim speed limit of 30, and a duration of around 10,11 minutes. As a new rider myself (started only 1 month ago) I get easy intimidated by some drivers, when they overtake, even if I try to stay on the maximum allowed speed or just a bit less..
