She conveyes that in her last letter that she understands him and that is such a good ending because gillbert can see that she grew up to be everything he wanted she to be ( a beautifull life )

didnt ruin her devlopment with the onset of phones auto memories doll wouldve ended. so its nice they stayed together for life
