I received a notification asking me to verify my account and next think I'm logged out, I filled the forms, sent a photo for verification and still got no response, shortly after being referred to cyberlogics_ It was recovered without any loss of data

I’ve emailed them with all the information I can give them but no response. How long does the process take? The hacker changed everything in the middle of the night so by the time I found out, it was too late. Very angry to not hear anything back from IG support or security. I want my account back. Ugh!
