It's tough to say, as there is no specific number. You can use up to 30, if they are all going to benefit your post. However, 5-10 strong hashtags can make a difference :)

I would say that if you're going to screen-record your video to post from TikTok to IG, that the quality is going to suffer :/ but still a good tip!!
