Oh my.. chills and tears this day. My mind took me back to a former employee of mine that died at the age of 26 from HIV. His family had rejected Scott because he was gay. His dad was a southern Baptist minister and never tried to show his son love, not in any way. But an Episcopal priest did, and when Scott lost the battle, the Methodist and Episcopal church in his small town made sure Scott had a proper funeral. The church was overflowing with people that had loved Scott.
