Hi Hector - Question - I currently don't have additional iCloud storage, just what came with the phone. Therefore, most of my photos are not in the cloud. If I were to purchase additional iCloud storage and then, at a later date, decide to 'unpurchase' iCloud storage, where do my photos go? Do they go back onto my phone? Thanks
If you decide to reduce your iCloud storage plan and you're using more storage than the downgraded plan offers, Apple will not immediately delete your photos or data. However, you won't be able to upload new files to iCloud until you free up space or upgrade your storage again. Your photos will remain on any devices they were originally synced from but won't automatically download to your phone due to the downgrade. It's crucial to back up your photos elsewhere before changing your plan.
