Josh just needed to work on his backhand (two-handed and slice). Nowadays you can't just have a big serve and a big forehand. Alice was consistent, and also smart to play on Josh's backhand side...nice match guys!

She was very Generous to play gently with him! It would be 6-06-0 in a proper match. You can rarely put a British club player against a Pro of any Level.
In France/Spain/Germany there is greater depth and you may find some very good club players

Honestly if he was not fooling around and make an actual attempt, she wouldn't have a chance. So even when a male 'amateur' isn't even trying, the female pro can only make points by unforced errors by her opponent... What's the purpose of this video anyway?

What is strange about it? Why do you assume that he was supposed to win this match? If you watch his other matches on the channel that's how he plays: big serve and aggressive groundstrokes with very high error rate. Maybe he is overly aggressive on purpose to make videos more entertaining, but that's how he played in all of those Tiebreak 10 matches.
