I didn’t have a background for the animation but I think your referring to the white dots floating from the intros to my videos. I’ve bought a lot of vfx packs in the past. Honestly I can’t remember from who. I can recreate it on a future video though.
Goto your render properties, then on the viewport tab enter 300 on the max samples. Then underneath on the render tab set .5 on the noise threshold. After set the max samples to 300 as well. Make sure to have cycles enabled along with gpu compute if you have a gaming graphics card.

amazing tut, but i have a problem with the camera lens setting, the panoramic mode doesnt have a type tab so i cant select fisheye mode. What do i do? i have blender 3.6
