Doc knocked it outta the park on that ring dinger. Even brought out the tears. Her frame really needed that. I also learned why not to use heat and why to use ice (not gel packs) Great video!

That’s a powerful feeling that the ring dinger provides I feel relaxed just watching it being performed on someone else and just imagine it’s me.

i believe she was literally shocked. physically and emotionally.
if you've had this done - it's quite powerful. the sound alone can be overwhelming not to mention having all the nerves in your spine decompressed at once.
your nerves can be raw. this can be a little painful as the pressure is released from your nerves.

It’s a shocking feeling when you have severe pain then you can literally feel the vertebrae move and actually move and take the pressure off the spot causing pain. Decompression should be apart of so many peoples lives and no decompression is as good as the ring dinger

Was a bit a pain & shock. I did try to mentally prepare for that apt but u just can’t. Hurt pretty bad but I’ve been through worse. I am feeling better. Had sec apt last Wen & still needed a min after the ring dinger. Definitely in less pain. Thank You 💗
