how to know which Chiropractor is good versus some of the offices where you are in and out like on assembly line in 2min ? Some offices put you in massage chair and pretty much have you turn on two sides and cracks you and see you later..Im also in Jacksonvlle FL which i seen many chiropractors and like she said you get 2 adjusments on your sides and nothing else which is a joke

Sounds crazy but try sleeping on the floor. Lay a couple thick blankets down then sleep on the floor with no matress. It helps with backs a bunch might do something for sciatic i don't know.
