I just noticed that Facebook is making it harder for you to delete things. Whenever you go to the menu to delete or whatever you need to do, they got everything there. But what you want to do I mean who the hell wants to snooz something for 30 days
There is a possibility that FB keeps changing thing around just to confuse everyone, because every time an instructional video like this comes up, it works for a week or two, and then either menu looks different or things don't work. Currently there is NO WAY to delete your old posts. I have been trying for 2 solid hours. I use Activity Log and try to batch delete posts (I even lowered the amount of deleted posts to aroun 10,15 at a time, because if I tried to delete all, there was ALWAYS an error). Not only the posts do not show up in Trash, they "simulate" being deleted on the Activity Log, but as soon as you refresh the page, everything is back. I have made many screenshots to illustrate this. Pity, I can't share them. Anyone is having the same issue? Maybe you know how to force Facebook to delete stuff?

Not completely True. It will only let you select a small amount of content at a time to delete. & then once you reach their maximum amount, they will prohibit you from deleting anything further until you log out & log back in. & even then, thats not a guarantee, claiming that they are Still in the process of deleting the previous requested content. Meaning, they are needing time to secretly archive your posts without your consent.
I done all this a few days ago and it has just deleted back to 2020. I started Facebook in 2010. And when I try and press delete all again, it says its still processing the changes I have made? I am assuming it takes a while to delete everything that far back? Can someone help me with this please?
Facebook doesn't want you to delete your photos. For some reason they're making it harder for you to do so. Before you just hit the delete button now it's archives or trash. They don't actually use the word delete. It's too much work to do this.
