-imagine you have Ds Dna and of course both the strand in your ds dna are parent
-now if u want to replicate your dna.. U have to split both the strands of your Ds dna
- now you have 2 ss Dna
- each ssDna will make it's complimentry dna strand forming a new ds Dna
- so u now have 2 new Ds dna
- these new dna have a parent strand and a newly synthesized strand
Which makes DNA REPLICATION SEMI CONSERVATIVE

RNA primase:
Chhota RNA primer banaata hai
DNA synthesis shuru karne me help karta hai
RNA polymerase:
Lamba RNA strand banaata hai
DNA template padhta hai aur nucleotides match karta hai
2 alag alag kaam, lekin dono RNA synthesis ke liye zaroori hain..
