Now I only have a few months left and I haven't touched medicine subject yet. if I start study from marrow revision videos, will it be sufficient for FMGE?

Like I said I had clear concepts for medicine and pathology and that helped me a lot. And this exam is all about your memory and the application of theory for questions, so doesn’t matter which source you use, you should have it completely memorised even down to which side of the page that information was

writing notes is too time consuming especially if you're on a time constraint so I would say annotating printed notes or soft copies is better

Intense FMGE preparation for 6 months, hours were not constant, but towards the end I tried to put in 8 hrs per day

How to make notes for last movement to revise ? And how you made your notes
I would suggested reading from already printed notes and adding extra points to it. Making notes would be very time consuming
It would be long notes , it will also take time to read long notes …dr .
To revise it won't be difficult. If you're doing it for the first time, then yes, it will take time.
