@jilab3 Yes, the styles do vary from state to state. I visited Toll Brothers when I was in Boise Idaho and the styles there are nothing like here in Texas.
@@TerrelDTerrell I guess to accommodate to “ask” and climate right. Terrell question, I’ve noticed with Houston builds there are textured walls. Why? I’m definitely not against it. Actually feel like it’s easier to clean as you wipe them.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🥰🥰🥰🥰
Drees makes a fine home. A couple of my clients are having theirs built in the Highlands.
@@TerrelDTerrell yes they do! Here in NC it’s a beautiful and well built home ALTHOUGH it does not compare to HOUSTON. O M G absolutely beautiful home

@@jilab3 It's mainly for appearance. Makes things a little more attractive.
Is that real brick or a brick facade?
Real brick, my friend. 😉
@@TerrelDTerrell thank you, you never know these days!
@IQ I hear ya. By Drees being custom, they're goin with the higher quality materials. 😁
@@TerrelDTerrell I wonder if they painted the brick white or if it has a coating.
@@iq6840 Painting the brick white seems to be the going trend these days with some of the builders.
My favorite plan by them
Glad you like it! I really like the elevation they went with on this model.
Don’t like the fact that the laundry room is in the front of the house. Also don’t like the kitchen at all
The cool thing about Drees is they're custom, so a sit down could be had to see what changes to the Floorplan could be made to suit your tastes. 🙂
