- NO ONE CAN EAT THAT! Today we take on the BIGGEST Barbeque sandwich I have ever seen. We are in Utah for a giant bbq sandwich challenge! This bbq eating challenge had about 10 pounds of meat plus coleslaw and then bun totaling about 12lbs, if completed in 60 minutes it offered a $250 free meal and a hat! This sandwich had a giant brioche bun, pulled pork, brisket, sausage (hot links), a full rack of ribs, smoked chicken, & coleslaw! We are at Big Lud's BBQ in St George Utah, a beautiful mountain state and city known for mountains, national parks and great bbq! This huge pile of smoked meat is similar to a Texas style bbq smoked low and slow with different woods and served with a simple salt and pepper! Can we beat this huge bbq challenge?

I'm impressed that the restaurant hollowed out the bun and didn't sabotage the challenge with excessive amounts of bread. The meats all looked delicious. Congrats on taking this one down.

Joel, Once again Mr. Hansen.....WHERE do you put all that food? A regular normal stomach can hold 4 1/2 cups of food. Someone like my self after going through gastric by pass can now eat 1/4 cup of food and be stuffed. You learn to eat things high in protein and not worry about salt or calories. Im simply amazed at where that food goes? I enjoy watching you devour each challenge and think of how you describe each thing by flavor, taste, seasoning, and heat. Yep, not sure why it cost $240. I looked at the menu and at most, it came up to around 160-180 for all those meats/lb. The coleslaw and side sauce was the cost factor?? 😂

usually pro eater like Joe eat the bun last because they need to drink a lot of water to wash the food down and make their stomach expand, if he eat the bun early on, it will absorb the water and make you feel even more full.

Hey Joel for future massive sandwiches 🥪 and hamburger 🍔 challenges when you take off the top bun/bread, put some meat on it so it will absorb the juices and become moist just like the bun/bread at the bottom
