Type it in to fully reset. When starting up phone in the apple ID portion select set up later.

then Press power and vol up button, now press vol down till your highlighting yes, now Press power and vol up button till data is wiped, now press vol up button till you highlight Reboot system now, then Press power and vol up button, now wait till your iPhone reboots, then you will be directed to setup.
