If you barely wet the cement first. Then when you put it in the water you won't have any of that silt going in the water and you can ball up the cement and push into the holes and flatten the rest.

You know concrete is very alkali, it burns, but it also raises the ph very high, when dry it can still do the same, but when pouring into water can be detrimental…..better be careful. But your pond does look big which helps

I think draining the pond would be best you could fix everything in one go . Plus as you said in todays video remove the fish you don't wish to have in the pond. . Plus be great content to watch the hole thing from start to finish and pond to be all clear again at the end.

Mannn, I was just telling Kennan the other day of how jealous I was of his ponds, your's too. I can't get over the fact that y'all have these dope ass ponds/enclosures/habitats/ ecosystems for y'alls fish and turtles. His ponds are much clearer buttt he doesn't deal with the water table like you do, either. Buttt regardless if I had a pond/ecosystem like how you guys do. I swear I would always be around it or in it on my off time. I find it extremely relaxing and amazing to just sit back or to snorkel to just watch all of the fish and turtles thrive in their zones. Back in my high school days at night, I used to smoke and I would sit in front of my 90-gallon saltwater reef tank zoning out on all my fish watching them vibing throughout the rocks and stuff😂 Good times good times😂

You will need to get that snapper out of there !!! When you said you saw the snapper I immediately said to myself I'll bet that's what took the head off the turtle. Kennan had a snapper that was in his pond and had a hole it stayed in. It would bite the turtles that went near to it. It took pieces of tails , feet and I think the head of one . Kennan figured it out and took the snapper out of the pond and no more mishaps.

Just from my experience, I did the same thing with a pond liner that your trying to do. What happened was the ground water found another way around and into my pond. What I finally had to do was drain and reline my pond. Then I did the concrete thing you’re talking about locking in my rocks. I also raised my pond edge 4 inches to help keep the ground water from the pond.
Normally ground water/ run off water in most cases is fine, but mine was contaminated with farm chemicals. Built the pond to jazz up the backyard/side yard between my barn and house. Which also was down hill our septic system.
Just saying that water may be stopped by the concrete but it will still find its way into where you don’t want it. And you having that tar water that the liner is preventing from getting into your pond. It’s going to find a way in. Actually with swamp right there, I’m actually impressed that it hasn’t happened already.

Im sure the ground water he has is worse then urs he lives in a place with horrible sewage and drainage systems they pretty much let everything in canals and ponds that leach into the water table and groundwater the same groundwater he uses for his wells to fill his ponds and tanks this guy and his buddies r clowns they house animals drinking horrible water i would think he put a water filter for his animals like he has for his house water i doubt he showers or washes his dishes with water straight from his well without being filtered

I know maintenance is very important but maybe trying to dam the area you are working on wouldve helped with all that concrete powder... Also, drenching the concrete in the bag would help with the dusty silt.. Maybe try that next time and see if that is a better way. good luck

Being that's winter setting in what about the goat's house you were going to build. This way they can stay dry and maybe warm. Moore's needs something to stand inside two when it rains or it gets too cold I didn't forget about Benny they all need some kind of housing? I know you have a lot you say you want to do but...😙

    So the mystery is solved..
The yellow turtle 🐢 that was dead and missing its own head(bars) died cause it got stuck between the rock 🪨🪨 and crevices and the snapping 🐢 turtle being as it was, started eating the carcass but left the head near its hiding place..

Don't really know if the Snapper killed the Tortoise and took the head, or if the Tortoise died then the Snapper took the head. Either way the Snapper is to predatory for the aviary, it's gonna hit a size and 100% gonna start taking Ducks of all sizes, take it out.

Well you made the decision to put the turtles in despite knowing that they have the tendency to dig, which they did and destroyed part of your aviary pond. But that is just the start cause they will continue to destroy more of that pond. So you should remove all of them before they do so.

You do realize that you essentially just forced your animals to breathe in chunks of concrete right? As they swam around and that concrete dispersed, they definitely ingested some before it set, meaning it set in to concrete in their digestive or respiratory systems. How do you continue to be so short sighted in basically every single thing you do?

If you cant afford to maintain the pond and animals correctly you shouldnt have gotten them and instead of getting new things focus on renewing old things a bit
