I was confused too at first but now they allow Filipino community abroad to participate. The Miss Universe Philippines has Florida, Hawaii, North and South California, Australia, and United Kingdom participating in this prestigious competition. The MUPH Hawaii organization already has open application for ladies to compete for next year competition and also includes Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, Miss Eco International, Miss Cosmo and other competitors. Yes very interesting.
