Ways to apply without certificate or with certificate remains the same. Doing certificate course will add value to your resume and existing knowledge. Once there is more value in your resume and knowledge it will increase chances of shortlisting of your resume.
(1) Make an attractive profile and use all the keywords related to the industry where you want to get job (2) Make a list of companies as per your location and then follow those company page in LinkedIn (3) Connect and follow employee and recruiter of these companies to get the job updates (4) Last but not the least be consistent in job hunt process as getting job is not a destination its a journey which you have to travel to get a good job
