I have the Elite. Does a perfect job for my Black Lab's shedding cycle. Hardwood, carpet, no problem. Easy to maintain, the light is a must. Nicely done review, now subscribed, thank you.
This is just what I needed to see, but I still dont understand why the big price difference. I have 2 hoover linx and one of them still has great suction, but it sounds like a jet engine. I'd like to replace it with one of these (they no longer make the linx) and wondering if the elite is worth the extra money. Thank you!
I have a linx, but at a point to put a bunch of $$ to get parts. Needs new battery (after charging fully, mine goes from 3-bars (full) to 2-bars almost immediately. Gets maybe 7min of good suction before dropping to 1-bar flashing. Needs new roller Needs new rubber guide wheels Amazon batteries seem like a crap-shoot...might last, but many people say they don't. $20-30/ea. OEM battery is like $80 Roller is easy enough... $15 Wheels? Can't just buy them. For new wheels, need to buy separate top and bottom assemblies. About $60 total Or... for a few more $$ get a unit like here in video.... hmmm....
