My company is making doing research and figuring out how to be remote in less than a year. As a travel junkie and someone who built websites for 2 years out of her home, I am looking forward to this.
I believe the discrimination is a big win for designers over 40 who are experiencing ageism. Take a solid UX designer or developer with 15 years of experience or more who is 45 or even older and you have one of the best remote workers you could get. They have the experience, discipline, and most likely the organizational skills. It's also great for some of us older professionals who may be taking care of aging parents.

Very lucky that your parents lived in an “agreement country “ such as AU.

If a company does not allow remote workers, it either will need to pay to relocate workers or they are going to be stuck with a local labor pool.

If you spend most of your day on a computer and phone then your work can be done remotely. The pandemic sped this revolution up. Thank God.

    Hi Gubta
    Thanks for good lecture.
I am an employee at company in Korea and I have a question for relationship between remote work and overwork.
Is it help us avoid overwork if I do remotework??
