Simple 220v flasher with neon light

Presenting you the simplest neon light flasher with 220v ac.
It is the easiest light flasher circuit.
How it works?
First the 220v ac is half rectified by the diode and slowly charged with 2.2M ohm current limiting resistor.
When the voltage in the capacitor reaches to 70 v dc.Then the neon light starts working.The capacitor then discharges.Again it slowly charges and the flashing goes on.
