why is it so universal that every single spiritual person has sessions of meditations or a dream after which they feel a higher bonding being and just decide not to research into anything else?? i actually dont understand cuz then in that sense spirituality is literally blind belief, and you cant say that a dream or a thought is evidence for that, i used to have dreams of being at the gym after long hours of doing so, that doesnt mean that the gym is the answer to life like wtf

I like his answer to the question of Why Religion is needed. He makes a remarkable resemblance of the Human being as the most complicated creation and explains that Islam is the best manual to keep this creation healthy, wealthy and wise. This is an instruction booklet that gives you the basic principles of living a good and halal life. SubhanAllah!

This mans answer to the question was “you need an instruction manual for the machine (the human being) but only our manual works” which is understandable but also hypocritical because most other monolithic religions claim the same thing. It’s like if someone asked you why they need social media and you told them why, but then told them that the only acceptable form of social media is Facebook. At least with social media they try to connect with each other
Mr kyle ur a smart guy i would presume that was a good one , so lets take ur example and build on it lets say all religious books are claiming that they are perfect and the best manuals there is out there ,true and thats what it is till nowdays ... but really how do u pick one of these manuals (books) i would say u pick whats makes more sens meaning based on these criterias i think u would agree on : Logical gives details with precisions maybe prophecies etc ... , Also and this is important a book that got no GRAMATICAL ERRORS nd was preserved word by word throught its (books) existance .

ABSOLUTELY TRUE: in Mombasa one can see and eat at a fancy restaurant that was the palace, residence of the Sultam who was th head of the slave trade. This trade is still in existance and practic ein Africa. The Only Reason why Africans converte to Islam was and is because they had to or die. Also putting them agains he caucasians. Study and research history properly, the westerners were and are still the real masters of slavery.
Islam brought and gave rights to slaves and uplifted slaves.
Bilal Radiallaho anho (May GOD be pleased with him) who was a black, Abyssinian slave, became one of the most important companions of the prophet Mohammed pbuh and he was given one of the most important if not the most important duty in Islam related to prayer, he used to give the azaan (Call to prayer).
He was given rights at a time when they were no rights for his people.
You talk about Islam allowing slavery is wrong, yes Islam allows slavery but with strict rules.
Look at your countres, western counties, america for exampe.
President Abraham Lincoln did not abolish slavery, he just moved it to prisons.
Look at how prisoners in america are worked like dogs, making shoes, cloth etc etc for nike and addidas etc etc and getting paid something as small as 50 cents a day.

1 example for this, the muslims landed in spain in 711 CE.
Many sources testify that they were welcomed by the population due to their reputation of ruling with justice as they had done it previously in countries like egypt and due to the severe prosecution certain communities were receiving under the catholic rule, especially the jewish community.

You read them. Think about what is being written. And draw your own conclusion. May I suggest that you read the Holy Qur'an first since it is more manageable that the Vedas and the Bible.

How can I give salat in the space, as there is no direction in space???
The Quran already mention this. Face the direction of kiblat. If you don't know where the kiblat is, then find it. There are lot of methods to search for direction of kiblat such as app in your smartphone or istiwa azam. And if you still don't know how after trying and trying over and over, face in any direction that you confident that is the direction of kiblat. For which the God said, 'anywhere you faced, you standing infront the face of God". The word 'confident' here means that you stay with the direction, and not change it until you found the real direction. As an example, for Subuh prayer, you faced front, then for zohor prayer, you faced left, for asar prayer you face right. Not like that. If you faced front for doing the subuh prayer, then faced front also for the zohor, asar, maghrib and isya' and other sunat prayer. Hope that answered your question.

Some people need a religion to make them live better, because they can't think and learn by them self, some people also don't need a religion but they still living a good life, people who learned about a lessons of bibles (i mean bibles of every religions, not just one), they'v learned how to live as a good person, but they don't follow any religion, we called them as the one who have faith but no religion, they know how to treat people.
Good and bad people are every where no matter if he/she's in a religion or not. You choose to live in the way you want, improve your humanity, bring peace and love to another, not to dive in blindness. Hope you learn something in my words. Make your own research, do not trust every thing you'v heard, you have brain that gods gave you, use it.
The last words: you need faith, not religion.
In this time of my life, I’m really confused. I’m still a Muslim, I believe in a God, but I don’t believe in religion (like its teachings about what we should follow). In the video, you said that it is like an instruction manual for machines which is us human beings. For me though, religion is not necessarily an instruction manual because there are human beings that can work without religion and yet, their lives are still like everybody else’s.

What if the instruction manual is wrong and leads you astray ? What if you are forced to learn the wrong manuel and have to learn the right way to run the machine by yourself?

We as Muslims looks at this life as a test from God to see if we believe in him and follow the guidance or if we deny him and reject his guidance. We are told in the Quran multiple places that this life is a test. And to give you an example of how we look at this life, just think of exam like this person mentioned. Imagine that you were having an exam and the teacher told you that on this day, there will be an exam so prepare yourself and use this book to prepare. Now imagine if the person doesn’t do anything for the upcoming exam. They’re not gonna past right? Just like that, we as Muslims believe this life is a test, and we are gonna see the result in the afterlife. The way we prepare us, the recipe is found in the Quran. So yeah hope that made sense.

Why did he not answer the question? Why do we NEED religion? What use has it? There is not one single jot of evidence to support any of it (Islam Judaism etc) is true so we do we need it?
