I was on that trip! Really appreciate you posting more recent episodes, also with the full episode, definitely the right approach! Also Dan you should hint that this is a full episode in your thumbnail or your title, I remember you had a thumbnail layout, should get that guy to do one for full episodes, by adding that you will attract people to click on your videos, generating more views and possibly catching new viewers!

Wow I must be getting old . I fished many days on the Victory when Mike was the guy on top of the bait tank throwing 1's and 2's and George was Captain. Late 70's early 80's.

Last year was sunny and hot as heck this year I did good in june,, funniest place to catch a 21 inch calico bass was at Grissom island in long beach lmao was was surprised but it was overcast out side and that helps ya the sculpin were slamming in June just outside the breakwater wall in june.

@@DerrickVan I wish I could post a photo of it, ya that fish is older than I am I'm 27 I wonder how old a 21 inch calico would be, imagine where that fish has been lol
@@DerrickVan we went out a mile pass the breakwater wall and nothing used swim baits used squid mackerel and zip, the waters this year are much warmer this time than last year, and this year was cooler this time than last year, maybe el nino?? I'm just waiting for September 28 opening of lobster season

He has a few years ago, Dan's been fishing on the Eldo for years
