- Hate your Arctic Cat ice scratchers? Rick despised his factory scratchers, especially when it comes to backing up. So here's a DIY video of how he mounted Ski-Doo scratchers on his Arctic Cat.

i was looking for info on ice scratchers. Ive never had any. I got the info i wanted. Thank you canadianly!
So basically "Thanks Bud!" Lol
Awesome idea. I have a 2019 hardcore and I keep forgetting to stop and raise up the stock scratchers. Thank you. I like your approach to the tech side.
Never fails right! Well hopefully this video will remind you now. Thanks for watching Matthew.
I'm always the mechanic on the trip so I love seeing other people's tricks.
Just make your buddies subscribe to Digit9 on UA-cam so they can leave you alone. LOL!
Nice....I have these on my Backcountry, they're amazing - 5 minutes down and the temps drop easily 10 degrees
I forget EVERY damn time my scracthers on my 17 hardcore when reversing 😅
I hate them!
Had this idea and now that I've seen you do it that will easily be my next thing to do! 👍
You should buy a sled from the 70s and mod it like crazy
Its in the works !!! Stay tuned !!
Great Video
WTF Buddy! Thanks for watching.
I don’t know what but the things that hold them up there when not on the trail they do bend really easily so check up on those every single ride because I do have those on my skidoo’s
Best idea ever!
Love the gopro on the inside
Love your videos!! Keep em coming

They don't look nearly as aggressive as the Arctic Cat ice scratchers.
I love how they kick up rocks lol!!
Rocks have holistic special cooling priorities....LOL

Rick, sweet vid. I just broke a reversible on my pro this weekend. I will have to get some of these doo ones. Did you order them directly off doo or from dealership?
You could order from dealer but Amazon has some too. amzn.to/2K1TpTc
Nice!!!
you are dong just grrrrrrrrrrr8 with you yourself and self. Thanks for this tip as this is what I will do the next time I need to replace. LMAO like sometime next winter.
Great video. I have one question. Maybe you can help me out. I always ride with scratchers yet I have to replace my sliders 3 times a year. I have a 2019 arctic cat xf 9000 high Country 153 limited with a 1.75 inch lug track. I burn through sliders like it's going out of style. Any thoughts?
Loosen track a bit ! Maybe try a set of ski scratchers ?
Hello do you have a link for the ski doo scratchers that you are using?
DIGIT9, Thanks for the tutorial! Question, what is the BRP part# for the kit you installed? All the ones I am looking at have a natural finish colored bracket and I would like the ones like you have that are black anodized/powder coated... Thanks! John
I’ll get that for ya ! Got to look through my receipts !
DIGIT9 Thank you!
Part# 860201728 , paid $109.99
DIGIT9 Thanks so much!
New to snowmobile, what is there purpose
To get snow to your sliders so they cool down and to get more snow back to the track so the track can cool down the sled.
These mountain sleds will otherwise heat up on the trail
The newer cats have a smaller cooler than the other brands which makes it even more important to get snow on the track so it can hit the cooler and keep sled from overheating !! Smaller cooler is lighter and keeps melted snow off of running boards too !!
this guy is awesome lol
will these work on the new expeditions? I have a 2022 wide track expedition and the dealer said these wont fit/ work??? I cant see why? Anyone ever try them??
I think the Expedition has a 20" wide track ? Not to sure though ? Would have to build a bracket on the rails to move scratchers out 2" !
Hey, I was wondering where u get your legends oil from? Can’t find a place that ships to Alberta Canada
Hey Carter, Mountain Magic in Edmonton is the Canadian Distributor. (780) 474-9400
DIGIT9 thanks!
