08 already has a V8, and IMO V10 is at its peak in 2004, with Ferrari unleashing their beast, the F2004. It good that they started making V8 at 2006, I'm good with it
Fia should bring back blown diffuser for 2026, would solve the problem of aerodynamic turbulent caused by winglets and make the cars alot more smaller back to 2004 levels
All the DTS fans dribbling on about how amazing this is, I actually watched these in 2011 and everyone hated the noise and felt they were against the spirit of the rules and gave Red Bull an unfair advantage.
It’s letting the engine rev to a degree under braking. The exhaust is designed so that they blow air to the diffuser, generating more downforce at low speed
No and no. Additional fuel is purposely being dumped into the exhaust in order to accelerate the airflow in the diffuser to create more downforce while cornering. Now banned.
Lotus Renault was in another level.
Were they really…?
Caterham were better
@@johncitizen306 🧢
RedBull had the same
@@johncitizen306bro likes slowpoke cars
Now imagine blown diffuser V10s

v12.
F1 will be at peak if they use this engine and 2004/08 cars.

But it is very inefficient
@@amirrmirzaa11 Why??? This shit literally throws more air in the diffuser
@@chucktot1485less efficient regarding fuel consumption. Engine efficency is highly reduced while blowing in the floor
Well the 2011 bull liked those odds @@JOEEEEEEF
@@JOEEEEEEFat the same time, in 2026 we plan to abandon the MGU-H module, which supports all efficiency and fuel economy 😂😂😂
1:19-1:29 is from my video! No worries mate, nice work!
That RB7 was a beautiful car, and a bloody fast one too! 😍
bro i just watched this and asked my self... HOW IS TODAYS F1 ENTERTAINING?????
🤔
Fabulous question
@@NJMazani not the right answers but certainly right question
Is it more boring now? Why?
Are laptimes slowing down also?
Because the cars can actually race?
Generations of F1 have been brought up on races where the only interesting thing was the noises.
Absolutely pure perfection, an absolute eargasm
If I were to ask for a remake for F1 2011 it would be the improvement in the sound of the engines.
0:59 i miss real F1
I don't care if Lotus had less effective blown diffuser than others, it's louder, and sounds better
These sound beautiful
Ah, 2011...... One of the season in my childhood era. 😌

best sound in history F1
Love it❤️
This is music for my ears
They sound like fighter jets

I kinda like the 2019 Honda sound, way better than this farting shitshow
I’m sorry but this is the real f1 not the hybrid shit this is the real deal the blown diffuser is heaven 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
better than any v10
Vrooooooooooom❤
Renault Engine 🔥🔥🔥🔥
imagine this sound on the 1994/5 ferrari V12!!!
I genuinely think that sound would kill a man
Whats with ferrari not making significant blown difuser sound
this will be back im sure of it
And now we have fckin vacuum cleaners....
is it a certain rpm limit of engine braking? or just the design of the exhaust?
It’s letting the engine rev to a degree under braking. The exhaust is designed so that they blow air to the diffuser, generating more downforce at low speed
2:18 that is an orgasm to the ears
We can all agree that Lotus, despite having worse blown diffuser, still sounds better than others
A ferrari nao tinha Blown diffuser?
It sound was didn't make such a big impression.
what track is 1:48?
Istanbul Park
Turkish Grand Prix, 2011
Isn't the sound coming bcz they are engine braking?
🤔
No. Its coming cause the engine is "Hot Blowing" on overrun without delivering torque.
Make me wanna watch the 2011 season again.

@@oneilclarke8494yeah it was a great season in F1. Back where driving style mattered unlike nowadays
