Can't be better than AIIMS Delhi and there are reasons for that
1. You get a single seater room from 2nd year onwards and sometimes first year onwards
2. You can customise it anyhow you want and you can install AC without thinking of the Electricity Bill because it is paid by the AIIMS
3. Food in Delhi and at AIIMS is incredible
4. An institution is called excellent not only because of the infrastructure, it's called good because of the students and at AIIMS Delhi you''l find top rankers of the country

There's no any new hostel buildings all r previously made.. sometimes here students doing strikes for single rooms...
