Gear: Sumeragi, buds meme armor and legion god necklace
Abilities:
Regal Garuda blade/strike guardian
Pledge of the rising ashes
Runes are charge fourth and flash with added Slash +15, Missile resist +30, rage resist +30 and guts +9

What we get from Friendly matches? Can we change the arena maps?

Yea there is, in friendly matches or Ranked matches (which happens every few months)
You can also play pvp in Quick Match, where you win coins for every KO - you can buy tons of stuff with them.
You get nothing from friendly matches, but you CAN change the stages
