zwart defeat represents darkmasters post limit... its basically lvl 7 turbo or something like that... i think
I was just coming too comment that. I think omni x is the same just different top end.
New podcast hype!
I found Supreme Connection to be very good for unbricking hands and setting up the trash and top of the deck. It's less good than memory would be but it lets you play Machinedramon EX1 for 4 and that's really good, or you use it to attack of the heavy mobile for game, which is all it needs to be. And it doesn't bottom deck or trash your Analog Man or non cyborg/machine pieces. (Be careful around Leviamon though, since it plays it out.)
(I've gotten 3rd place with Machinedramon two weeks in a row, I've only lost to Numemon and Digipolice, wide boards still bad)

Imo, hunters destroys security control. I played hunters until bt13 and never lost to security control. You play so many tamers that salamon has a decent chance of not dying and then you tuck it with superior mode. Your goal is to just do a lot of chip damage until you can just drop a level 3, evo into arresterdramon, and swing for game with rush. Also, you don’t care about your stuff dying because of all of your tamers just saving the sources. Plus having a boss monster that completely gets around shadow seraphimon is nice.
I want to say that baagramon won nats somewhere this year as well as royal knights, but I could be wrong.
Y’all are sleeping on armor rush. The new ukkomon, Lui, Davis, and Veemon promos help that deck so much. I have been slaughtering locals with it. Only really bad matchup is devas really, but that’s just because of azulongmon specifically.
Viewer comment question for the next podcast:
1) Why is Chris so cool?
2) When is Caleb going to be a guest on the podcast? He is a store champion.
Thank you for joining the cult of Chris! I've tried asking them to let him on, but they're afraid he'll make them look bad as players
@@digitaldude666 I understand where they are come from. I think it would be fun just to have him on for locals recap.
Beelstarmon runs the demimon engine. It is very consistent with demi BT14, impmon x, and the 1 cost options to self mill. Gaio is just better then wargrey right now since de Digi gets around ace cards, and with the x antibody protoform you can consistently rebuild another stack. I have been winning locals with both of these decks, and I play against everything in the rainbow. Omni zwart should be omnimon turbo using dark master engine which works pretty well, ghoulmon is ran as a finisher in Lilith loop and since I did not see a lilithmon it probably represents that deck.
Bro, Chris was hilarious this episode
Thank you for joining the cult of chris!
Omni X turbo is a deck that trashes a bunch of options to try and turbou out Avengekidmon or gallantmon bt13. Zwart defeat is probably dark masters omni turbo. Ghoul is millith, a lot of people play it as a 1 of so not sure why people use it to represent the deck because it is confusing.
Also alliance and the new terriermon stuff is separate now, with the new deck you dont really use alliance aside from st17 lopmon so they become 2 different decks.
I pretty much agree with the list except for Nume seems to be upper tier 1 unfortunately
If you were gonna play in a win a box tournament this week what are you bringing?
I’m only halfway through currently and the answer seems to be ruin mode turbo, gonna keep watching for more insights. Thanks for the awesome content
Ruin Mode Turbo 🤌
@@DigiSean37 has your decklist changed significantly from the one uploaded on the channel, I still have that version built
@@spencer13whizkid I only added a 5th tama in BT4 Koromon.
I dont play agubond but ive seen bt15 lists absolutely burger flip people. Mainly Ukkomon, sec+1 greymon, and the purple skullgreymon deletes itself and plays a rush agumon. The other greymons and bt14 agumon also are + memory. It can turn 3 high roll decks without plenty of small body deletion
Tier List!! Let’s go!!
I believe the Zwart Defeat or Omni X is a stand in for that Turbo Omnimon deck. Whoops All Omnis. There's a variant that runs the gate guardian Digimon (Justimon support) and a new variant that runs Apocalymon and base dark masters support, with a crud ton of white Omnis to make up for the lack of Apocalymon. The latter has won a tournament in Japan once but I don't know how good it is. Someone at my locals is building it so I guess I'll find out soon.
I think Omni X is it's own deck, it focusing in trashing and turboing out omnix through avengekidmon or Gallant bt13
Ghoulmon is probably milith loop
Reaper is probably a low-key sleeper given gatekeeper walls garu, mirage, the deck invalidates levia and any other lvl based removal deck.
I think you're underrating Gammamon. I don't think you've played against it at full power with the Bokomons and someone going in hard on the warp and floats. Also Digipolice going in hard on green with HPD and Quartz is definitely a bigger contender. Armor rush is scary with Ukkomon and I'd bump it. And I'd drop Rosemon, fish, and Ukkomon rush a tier. Otherwise seems pretty good.
Yeah it's really hard to judge Decks when they just aren't represented. The only two times I've played against gamma it's been a wash. I just otk them too fast for their setup to matter.
Yeah, older versions of Gammamon tried to be Wargreymon but worse. Now half of the deck is purple and it's trying be death by a thousand cuts.
I use the Project Drasil Sim, where the EX6 cards are available for use, and a couple of the BT17 cards (like the white greymon, which looks absolutely bonkers)
hence my question about the 7gdl
It was a fair question. I was just surprised in the moment by what cards you were asking about when I realized you were referring to the EX6 Lucemons.
I could have worded the question better to avoid confusion, but thank you for the answer regardless
Isn't imperialdramon a little too high? They compare it with ulforceveedramon, but in my expirience, ulforceveedramon wins most of the time against imperialdramon.
Also, imperialdramon without partition is too fragile and is not that consistent in comparison.
Imperial is plenty consistent, people just don't run enough champions which leads to them bricking
@@steveng6721 I agree. But the problem is that dealing with paildramon or imperialdramon is just to easy. If they lose the stack, they need two champions again. If there is a blocker on the field(with at least 8k dp), they will struggle to attack the security as fast as they are known for. Obviously, if they have the one HPD they will pop off. And I have to say that the dragon mode ACE is the biggest bait of all time. It just punish you even harder for losing your stack. I have both decks btw.
We have a Shoutmon deck at our locals and it can pop of big time. Deck seems to fall of against wideboards and deathX
tier list but without ben, sadge
Maybe next time
Having played RM Turbo…deserves its place.
🤌
Got the deck. Convince me to play it. Why is it good in this BT15 meta? I know it’s good but is it a solid choice to counter this meta?
@@davidwilliford5757 utilizes one of the best forms of removal in the game to essentially turn off most decks. Incredibly oppressive.
Fenri being an S tier list is copium. The deck just loses to itself most of the time or to bitting crush.
Run more Tyrannomon.
@@AdaptiveReasoning how could that help when Levia deletes your Fenri?
Fenrir is definitely a top tier deck. It’s only bad matchup is levia and it can rush that deck down.
@@johnnystephens259 I think it’s good but maybe not close to one of the best decks in the format of course that’s based on my play testing.
Yeah you have to outrun Levi. A lot of my decks like to play Digimon by effects so I understand the pain. There's always going to be a bad matchup or you're tier 0, and thankfully Looga isn't. But as for bricking the Tyrannomon is fantastic and helps you be more consistent.
36:03 had me fucking dying lmao
Hard agree with the Mirage listing, people think the deck is dead but it can still do everything it wants to do, just have to play like 20% safer lol. Jamming really doesn't come into play unless you're swinging with your lvl6 and hit a lvl6 or 7 but then that's just unlucky. Plus jamming with a new lvl4 in bt16, basic blue support in ex6, and hopefully some more support in bt17, the deck is going to stay top of tier 1, tier 0 when you open an optimal hand
The downplay red hybrid is wild
I know they're trying to keep my Decks down 😭
We put it near the top of tier 1! What more do you want?!
@@DigiSean37 tier 0 bruh
Nah
Gallantmon bottom of tier 2
😢
Maybe bt17 can save the deck
No rouge tier smh 😂
