I am also experiencing the same problem. I need to reset my password and the site request for fingerprint verification which does not make any sense to me. Did you manage to find a solution?
Terrible update to the portal wastes time and energy will deregister my company and advise smaller clients to do so not with the time or frustration whoever designed was either drunk or on drugs, not for the normal sane people. More unemployment coming as what’s the point of making things so difficult
