hi jade, love this type of content, felt like having a chat with a friend :) On your youtube dilema , I know you work hard on them but I honestly think what would help you is building up your quality, not camera and equipment but the aesthetics slightly more, your thumbnails, your shots and editing. You have a lot of competition on here and learning more about these would improve your videos a lot. I mean this in the nicest way possible because I love you as a person
Hey! Thank you so much for your comment I really appreciate it! I somewhat understand what you mean, do have any specific examples so I can better understand? I used to struggle a lot with videos never turning out as I envision which lead to me avoiding posting at all. So I have just been trying to improve a little on each video so I’m making at least some progress! Definitely feel there’s been an improvement since I started this channel but it would be most helpful if you could share some specific things, like when you say the thumbnails for example do you mean like from a branding standpoint to make them immediately feel like one of my videos or just in general make them more look appealing? Really really appreciate your feedback, thank you so much
Your videos have continuously got better, no doubt about it! So please don't stop posting because you are doing amazing! I think you need to pick an aesthetic to develop your brand for thumbnails, I'll pick your friend Eden for example, she has stars and certain colours and handwrites a lot on hers. Video wise I think its learning about angles and lighting. Editing it's about trying to make there seem a story, add titles for definitely parts of the day when doing vlogs, or in this one add time stamps to make it easier to follow. Lots of videos here on ways to improve editing and these things. I am no expert at all, I just watch a lot of videos haha, but if you build ur brand aesthetic and develop an editing style similar in the video people will know what to expect and more likely to come back. Keep on creating and it'll take time but you are amazing and I love your content ✨️
