I bought one 6 months ago, it felt too firm at first, but over time I realized the feeling of firmness was actually excellent support. I don't have any problems with feeling an uncomfortable degree of pressure. I like it better than memory foam because I don't have that "sinking in" feel like I had on my Casper original model. I'm 6'2" and 190 lbs. I sleep on my side, back and stomach.
They updated the mattress, they removed the gel foam and added Tempurpedic foam. The new one is not super dark blue but more of a lighter blue. I am not sure of this is a good thing or a bad one as tempurpedic foam does tend to get hotter.
Where did you see this info about the foam switch? On Costco’s website and this review they list it as “Indulge Memory Foam”- is that the same as Tempurpedic foam? Thanks!
This is technically made by Sealy for Costco under the S&F brand (pretty much just their design/build with lower quality parts and larger scale production)
