(edit for troubleshooting, there was a cave under my farm where golems were spawning, make sure you guys fill up any areas below the farm)
farm might be bugged, after relogging the villagers were sliding around on the beds and golems stopped spawning

works perfect ! I struggled a lot getting to villagers in because they for some reason kept path binding to beds elsewhere that I already destroyed so I got them in with barrels ... Great tutorial !!!

Ok the iron golems are spawning outside of the farm is it because I didn't like patch the dirt with shovel

Bcs you need to clear the area by right clicking dirt around farm with shovel to avoid spawning golems outside the area above the villagers. 😉

Dont use nametag pls you already placed boat. Believe me dirt golem i tried zombies never dispawn when they are in boat without nametag

Of course it's true but then you can also drop a block into the zombie's hands which is also a way to prevent it from despawning
