@@courtneybraz Why not make a video outlining what buyers should expect of real estate agents when it comes to negotiating a new build. Other Orlando area realtors on youtube seem to avoid talking about this in their videos. Outline what percentage savings on average are realtors getting for their buyers or how they negotiate fair prices for design center options that are otherwise overpriced.
Good suggestions but the free standing bathtub is a hazard for anyone who is a bit unsteady on their feet, especially if wet. Very dangerous getting in an out.
His and her sinks are too small in this house, even if there are separate vanities.
Also, in a luxury home I would always go with a double entry door. Single doors look skimpy no matter how high or wide they are.
Fully integrated appliances have been common in Europe for 30 years, nothing special.
A luxury home should have a mandatory sink in the WC and also a bidet or his and her WC.
It's not a matter of luxury but basic class and hygiene.

Yes, it usually costs more since it requires more materials. With the builder I work for it’s only about $750; so not an expensive upgrade.
The steeper the pitch the longer it takes to sheet it becuase moving around is harder.

Steel frames cost so so much
The cost of steel frames varies between builders, but McDonald Jones Homes has a full steel frame as standard. This means it’s far more affordable that others 🎉🎉
Plus it’s a Supaloc Steel Frame, so much smarter than other systems too 💪💪
Interesting thst these are called luxury. I reckon i ticked off about 10 of these and we are definitely not building a dream home.

I think we should stop calling them "his" and "hers." It's making LGBT folks feel excluded. "Yours" and "Mine" or maybe "Yours" and "Theirs."
Your delusional, your obviously going to feel excluded if your a minority... Everyone deals with it in some capacity throughout their lives.
That's a really good point! Same deal with the "master" bedroom (which seems to be referred to more commonly as "main" or "premier")
