Peeping Tom. This Cat Watches Us From Outside!

He's not our cat, but we made the mistake of befriending him! If I walk through my kitchen the cat sees me from the front yard and comes running! Our next-door neighbor feeds the cat and allows it to go inside their house. I suppose that means he's theirs! Another neighbor allows the cat to join her in the hammock and feeds him cream! I think Ginger has been sneaking him food which is why he's looking in! No, no, no food today from me!!
