I couldn't find my manual and was trying to find a way to reprogram. I did find that I had to hold down the device key (TV, DVD, etc.) while programming in the respective codes, but you got me there! Thank you so much! :)

What about TV/DVD, DVD/VCR bundle combinations with 5 digit codes,???
That pro remote was different than the other universal remotes
Usually on those you have to program in two different devices. For example, a TV/DVD combo. You'd program in a TV and a DVD separately for whichever brand you're working with..

Went to best buy cause lost my remote to my mini projector they pointed me to this remote...it does have a code for my projector but do you know what button do I push for device for projector cause there is no button for projector ?????
Hi, it should be the TV button. Unless your original remote was a Bluetooth remote. If that's the case, this won't work at all.

How do you start over when remote programming goes wrong? I had already pushed the stop button and all the buttons aren't working so I need to try a different method but it won't let me.
U might try removing the batteries for a few minutes and see if that does the trick. Some remotes have a factory reset option. I don't remember if this one does. If you have the manual, it should say in there.
Can u control a firestick with this remote through a LG TV?? The model number is 37LH265H
HI, the model number doesn't mean anything to me. I will say more than likely if your TV supports HDMI-CEC... Here's a video I did a while back that should help.

I paired the remote but the buttons aren't working properly. The power button works as the input button, the input button works as the menu button and most buttons aren't working at all. Should I reboot the remote itself?
Did you try all the available codes? Sometimes a code will only partially work..

HI, you might be able to try the auto code search to see if the remote will find anything better. However, the auto code search only searches available codes that are already in the memory...
Dvd all functions use this remote....like eq botton prologic botton
It's a pretty basic remote. I don't remember if this one was teachable or not, but those functions don't sound like they would be on a regular button.

@@joecoletti7970 Yes harmony is overpriced because they've quit making them and people selling off inventory have tripled the price. Have you tried all the codes for your RCA remote? Sometimes a code will only partially work. If you want to buy a new remote, you have to consider how many devices you have? Do you have a sound bar? So you can lock the volume controls to it.. It's hard for me to recommend one. Whats your budget?.. There are lots of factors..
