Love reading this book!( on p.220now) Its confusing but digs deep and this is why it confuses. The fact that we are part of nature, animals, is enlightening. Still we have a different brain than other spieces and we can harness this gift for the good for the planet not to use it for destroying.

Courage is moving more & more into alignment with our Higher Self of Integrity. Integer means “one thing” or being true to our Greater Selves. No need to be inauthentic or throw others under the bus to protect a false image. Moving from surviving to thriving. Honoring Self AND Others. I love the notion, “Supporting one another in our uniqueness.”

Hello Dr.Shefali, I am married to a man that I do not love. However, he celebrates my inner growth and we have traveled a spiritual journey together in the past. I fell I out grow him years ago. He doesn’t want t divorce. He takes my un kind words and feel bad after. I feel trapped and can’t move. We been married for 27 years and I do not know how to love him. I can say I married for the wrong reason so many years ago. I am sick now and just can’t break this darkness I go through to often. Can I love without love? Thank you, ~veronica

He is the only one who can save you. John 3:16 for God so loved the world ,that whosoever would believe in him would not perish, but would have everlasting life. A prophecy from Isaiah 53: 5.He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we're healed. See that's a prophecy of the Messiah to come and die and rise again for all who will believe to the Jew first and then also to the gentile. You cannot be saved by any other kind of belief, reincarnation or high thought or any other thing that's why God sent his son. Jesus love's you and has a plan for your life Dr. This Carpenter loves you in the Lord to enoff to tell you . Dare ask him if he's real.He has real Love for you Dr. He will forgive all your sins and heal all those hurts you've had since you been a little girl he knows every hurt you've been through.
